After 5 years of intense work and 3 titles won along the way, Chivas Femenil has not stopped its ongoing efforts for success on and off the field. This Tuesday 4 very important bits of news were brought up in this morning's press conference which will bolster the process of professionalization and internationalization of the reigning Champions of Liga MX Femenil.
1.- Chivas Femenil will face Inter Milan in August
Nelly Simón, Sports Director of the Rebaño Femenil, was in charge of announcing this match, which will be the team's first game outside of Mexico.
"This match is one more step towards the internationalization of the Chivas Femenil project, we have agreed on our first friendly match in the United States, which will be against Inter Milan on August 10 in Brownsville, Texas".
2.- New exclusive sponsorships for Chivas Femenil
Olimpia Cabral, Commercial and MKT Director of Club Guadalajara, announced the new commercial alliances that trusted in the project and will sponsor the team directly from this semester onwards.
"We must thank Sello Rojo, which is our main sponsor, but also Caliente, which has decided for the first tie ever to contribute an amount of money to a women's team, as well as Fondea, digital banking, all Sponsors which appear on the jersey. Farmacias Benavides has joined the project and although it is not shown on the uniform, it is collaborating in other areas of the team".
3.- All home games will be open to the public at the Akron Stadium. We are waiting for you!
