This weekend, the Rebaño's youth teams faced Mazatlán and Toluca in Matchdays 9 and 11 of the AP25, respectively. Since we know that the entire Rojiblanca Nation is keeping an eye on Mexico's best youth academy, here's how they did.
U21 (Men)
The Rebaño faced Toluca in Matchday 9 of the AP2025, in a game that was painted Rojiblanco. Chivas won 1-0 with a goal from Leonardo Torres in the 48th minute.
With this result, the Rojiblancos remain in 7th place in the table and stay in the qualifying zone.
U-19 (Men)
The Under-19 team also faced the Diablos, losing 3-6 to the team from Mexico State. For El Rebaño, José Elenes scored twice in the 50th and 80th minutes, while Esteban Mendoza scored in the 87th minute.
The Rebaño is already preparing for its midweek match against Necaxa, where it will seek to return to winning ways and climb the table to secure a place in the playoffs.
U-19 (Women)
The Women's Under-19 team faced Mazatlán in J11 of AP25 and won with a resounding 0-3 victory. In a match dominated by Rojiblanco, the first goal came in the 39th minute from Cinthia Cabrera, who scored twice in the 67th minute. To close out the match, Fátima Lino scored in the 86th minute.
This victory is key for Guadalajara to gain points and move closer to qualifying positions. It is also important to note that the Rojiblancas have a game in hand against Rayadas, their direct rivals for playoff spots, whom they will face this Thursday in Matchday 12, so it will be vital to gain points in both games against the team from Monterrey.
U-17 (Men)
The Rebaño Sagrado's Under-17 team also played Matchday 11 against the Cañoneros in Sinaloa, losing by the smallest of margins to the purple team.
Despite the result, they remain in fifth place in Group 2, close to qualifying positions.
U-15 (Men)
The Under-15 team also faced the Mazatlecos away from home, where the Rebaño won 0-1 with a goal from Erick Galíndez in the 8th minute.
With this victory, the Rojiblancos are now the overall leaders of Group 2 with 24 points.
