Clásico, Guadalajara belongs to Guadalajara. In front of an Estadio AKRON completely devoted to their team, the Rebaño Sagrado won the Clásico Tapatío by beating their city rivals 4-1 on Saturday night, in the 15th round of the Apertura 2025. The match was a true showcase for Gabriel Milito's team, which completely dominated the Rojinegros and reached 23 points, placing it in sixth place in the standings for the moment.
It took less than 10 minutes for the Rojiblanca Fortress to erupt with joy at the first goal by Armando González, who confirmed his great individual form by scoring a hat trick tonight, bringing his tally to 10 goals in the semester and putting him in contention for the scoring championship, tied for first place.
The match was a Rojiblanco monologue from start to finish, as the team had possession of the ball and controlled the game at will. With this important boost in morale and soccer, Chivas will visit Pachuca in a direct duel to remain in the direct playoff zone. The clash against the Tuzos will take place next Sunday, November 2, at 7 p.m. at the Hidalgo Stadium.
