Chivas U15 is hitting its stride in the Apertura 2026. The Rojiblancos have recorded three consecutive blowout victories and currently sit second in their group with 27 points. With the regular season entering its final stretch, the team is looking to carry that momentum into the Liguilla.
The streak began with a commanding 6-0 win over Tigres on Matchday 14, followed by a 3-0 victory against León on Matchday 15, before continuing with a 4-1 triumph over Atlético de San Luis this past weekend. Across those three matches, the Rebaño scored 13 goals while conceding just once, highlighting the team's impressive form at this stage of the tournament.
The Keys to the Rojiblancos' Strong Run of Form
One of the most notable aspects of this winning streak has been the number of players contributing in front of goal. Seven different Guadalajara players found the back of the net over the last three matches, showcasing the team's attacking depth.
Ángel Sahagún and Saúl Hernández lead the way with three goals apiece. Roberto Benítez and Gabriel Martínez have each added two, while Damián Velásquez, Lucio Rodríguez, and Paolo Núñez round out the scoring with one goal each.
Rojiblanco Goals Over the Last Three Matches:
-
Ángel Sahagún: 3
-
Saúl Hernández: 3
-
Roberto Benítez: 2
-
Gabriel Martínez: 2
-
Damián Velásquez: 1
-
Lucio Rodríguez: 1
-
Paolo Núñez: 1
Total: 13 goals
Two Rojiblancos Among the U15's Top Scorers
The team's strong collective form is also reflected in its individual performances. Roberto Benítez and Saúl Hernández sit second and third, respectively, in the U15 scoring charts, with seven goals each in the Apertura 2026.
Together, they have accounted for five of Guadalajara's 13 goals during this three-game stretch, establishing themselves as key contributors to the Rojiblanco attack.
Additionally, with 35 goals scored in the tournament, Guadalajara boasts the league's most prolific offense.
That attacking firepower will be crucial in the team's final two regular-season matches: the Clásico Tapatío against Atlas on Matchday 17 and the clash with Necaxa on Matchday 18.
Now, Carlos Tremblay's squad will look to close out the regular season with two more victories and head into the Apertura 2026 Liguilla riding the momentum of its outstanding goalscoring form.
