How did the Rojiblanca youth teams fare on their visit to Querétaro?

22/10/2025 15:57 / Roberto García

The Chivas youth teams had a tough visit to Querétaro, because despite creating good opportunities in attack, the Rojiblancos' Under-21 and Under-19 teams were unable to score in Matchday 14 of the 2025 Apertura.

Here we bring you the report on both matches, in which they faced their counterparts from Querétaro, and what the outlook is for Guadalajara's representatives as the tournament draws to a close.

U21

The Rebaño U21 team tried hard throughout, but failed to score in their visit to CEGAR, losing by the narrowest of margins to Gallos. José Meléndez's team remained on 20 points, still in contention for a playoff spot.

The Rojiblancos conceded a goal before the first minute of play and sought to shake off the deficit as quickly as possible. However, the Querétaro defense did its job and prevented Guadalajara from equalizing.
