Great news, Chivahermanos! Thanks to the hard work carried out by the Rojiblanca Academy in developing its talent, Club Deportivo Guadalajara will contribute 7 players to Mexico’s youth national teams, following the latest call-ups for the U-15 and U-16 squads.
Both national teams will have international activity in the coming days, representing a valuable growth opportunity for these young Rojiblancos.
U-16
The team coached by Yasser Corona will include 4 Chivas players for their participation in the Vertex Cup, a tournament that will take place in Miami, Florida.
This competition brings together some of the most promising youth national teams in the world, aiming to provide a high-level experience that combines preparation, competition, and cultural exchange.
The Chivas academy players called up are: Gael Aguilar, Manuel Vega, Erick Ruiz, Erick Galíndez.
They will play three matches in the United States against Argentina, the United States, and England.
U-15
Meanwhile, the U-15 National Team, led by Marvin Cabrera, will include 3 Chivas players for two friendly matches against the United States in Chula Vista, California.
These international fixtures represent a great opportunity for the young talents to continue their development, gain experience, and strengthen their style of play in a highly competitive environment.
The Guadalajara players called up to this category are: Emiliano García, Marcelo Villarreal, Noé Salazar.
